At l’Équipe psycho-sociale for Children, Youth and Families, the health and safety of our clients and our staff remains one of our top priorities. The number of people with COVID-19 is increasing every day and for this reason, we must ensure the implementation of safety measures to limit its spread. This includes closing schools and school buildings and canceling large group gatherings as well as encouraging employees to work from their homes.
Like all Ontarians, we are in a state of emergency. It is in our best interest to follow the advice of local Health Unit authorities, provincial and national leaders to minimize the spread of COVID-19. We continue to monitor the situation and will continue to offer our clinical services using alternative modalities and in a safe manner.
Please note that our offices located at 610 McConnell, are closed following the Ford government’s instruction to close all school board establishments until further notice. As of March 17th, 2020, our satellite office in Alexandria will serve strictly as a meeting place for clients who are experiencing exceptional circumstances. For crisis services, please call the Child, Youth and Family Crisis Line of Eastern Ontario at 1-877-377-7775.

- In person appointments (Alexandria office) for exceptional circumstances only
