{"id":1361,"date":"2021-08-26T15:53:47","date_gmt":"2021-08-26T19:53:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eps-sdg.ca\/?page_id=1361"},"modified":"2021-08-26T15:53:47","modified_gmt":"2021-08-26T19:53:47","slug":"programme-di-ivt-processus-dadmission","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/eps-sdg.ca\/en\/programmes\/programme-di-ivt\/programme-di-ivt-processus-dadmission\/","title":{"rendered":"Processus d&rsquo;admission"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Admission Criteria<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The participant must have an intellectual delay as determined by formal assessments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participant must be 18 years old and reside in SDG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The participant must have sufficient mobility to be able to move around (e.g., wheelchair, walker); they must also be able to meet some personal hygiene needs at a minimum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Admission Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The access services in the region determine the eligibility of the participant; if the participant is deemed eligible, he is directed to the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Access Services inform IVT staff of the participant\u2019s level of functioning and their priority level on the waiting list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Directrice du programme re\u00e7oit le participant ainsi que son parent ou son tuteur pour une \u00e9valuation fonctionnelle visant \u00e0 confirmer l\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 du participant en fonction des crit\u00e8res d\u2019admission; lorsque l\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 est confirm\u00e9e, les d\u00e9marches d\u2019admission peuvent se poursuivre.Afin de s\u2019inscrire aux Services de l\u2019Ontario pour les personnes ayant une d\u00e9ficience intellectuelle (SOPDI), visiter : <a href=\"https:\/\/scsonline.ca\/en\/intake\/application-dsoer\/\">https:\/\/scsonline.ca\/en\/intake\/application-dsoer\/<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Crit\u00e8res d\u2019admission Le participant doit \u00eatre atteint d\u2019un retard intellectuel tel que d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par des \u00e9valuations formelles.
