The Triple P program is very well done. I really enjoyed the environment and the fact that every parent got to participate. All of this without judgement! I believe that everyone could benefit from a program like Triple P when they become parents.

We absolutely loved this program. Even if it was done virtually, we do not feel like this affected the quality of the service. Everyone in the group was comfortable. The approach used by the group facilitators encouraged us to find our own solutions. It was really great to not have answers imposed on us. The highlight of this program was the three individual sessions. We were able to discuss specific situations, get clear advice and strategies to use and then had the chance to use them before our next follow-up. We are very satisfied with the service and the program. Thank you so much!

My lack of structure and my parenting style had created a chaotic, frustrating, and unmanageable environment. My kids were kings. The Triple P program allowed me to set limits, add structure to our lives to include rules and expectations as well as strengthen my relationship with my children. The program and the support that I’ve received from l’Équipe psycho-sociale gave me the tools that I was missing to transform our family lives and give me the necessary knowledge to create an environment to support my child’s ADHD needs.
